DRIVESCORE

DriveScore is a telematics app that learns how well you drive and provides insights to help you improve and save money on your car insurance. Glo was asked to create the initial research, concepts, and video for the investor presentation. Glo went on to create the designs for the Android and iOS releases.
Client: ClearScore
Project: Mobile application
Role: Design Lead

DRIVESCORE

The app uses a user’s phone's sensors to monitor their driving habits and, after a few drives, will create a unique DriveScore, showing them how well they drive.

PERFORMANCE INSIGHTS

After every drive, a user can view their performance in detail, showing them what they did well at, as well as where they could improve.

SHARE SCORE

A score of 750 or above is considered a good score. Users can share their score with insurers and, in return, can receive cheaper car insurance.

DRIVESCORE IS PRIVATE

Unlike other car insurance telematics, DriveScore does not require a physical black box. Users can share their score with insurers, and only if they choose to.

VEHICLE HUB

The DriveScore vehicle hub is used to contain multiple vehicles, using driver data to determine how eco-friendly the user drives.

INSURANCE

With DriveScore, car insurance quotes are more straightforward to complete. Data is collected progressively through the user experience, reducing the insurance flow and providing quicker quotes.

WEBSITE

The website's design communicated to users how DriveScore works, as well as showed the benefits of the product.

BRAND

1980’s futurism inspired DriveScore’s brand. Bold colours, including pinks and blues, added vibrancy to the product, creating a visual identity that stood out from other telematics products.
